Mopoga is Now Accepting US Startups for Our Founding Client Program

By Aqib Ali, Founder of Mopoga

I’ve been designing digital products since 2020. Over 50 projects. SaaS platforms, mobile apps, MVPs, e-commerce builds. Clients from Europe, the Middle East, Southeast Asia. Most of that work came through Upwork and Fiverr — platforms where you can’t hide behind a fancy website. You deliver, or you don’t get paid. Simple.

That grind taught me something. Good design isn’t about making things look nice. It’s about making products work. Screens that convert. Flows that make sense. Interfaces people actually want to use.

Now I’m taking Mopoga into the US market. And I’m doing it differently.

What’s the Founding Client Program?

I’m opening 50 spots for US-based small businesses and early-stage startups. One per state. Each selected business gets a full design project — no charge.

Not a template. Not a quick logo. Actual product design work. The same quality I deliver to paying clients.

In return, I ask for two things: permission to use the project as a case study, and an honest testimonial if you’re happy with the work.

That’s the deal.

Why Am I Doing This?

Mopoga has worked globally for years. But the US market is different. Bigger. More competitive. And American businesses don’t know me yet.

I could run ads. I could cold email. I could do what every other agency does.

Or I could just show my work.

Fifty projects. Fifty states. Fifty businesses that get real value while I build real proof. Seems like a fair trade to me.

A Bit of Background

Earlier this year, I joined Pixel Digital as a founding partner. They’re based in Dubai Media City — Level 2, CNN Tower. The partnership gives Mopoga access to a larger team when projects need it, plus development and growth support beyond just design.

I still run Mopoga independently. I still take on projects directly. But now there’s infrastructure behind it when clients need more than one person can deliver.

My Upwork and Fiverr profiles are still active. You can check my reviews, see completed projects, read what clients said. I’m not hiding anything. The track record is public.

What Kind of Work Does This Cover?

The Founding Client Program focuses on product design. That means:

Landing pages that actually convert visitors into customers. Not just pretty layouts — pages built around user behavior and clear calls to action.

MVP interfaces for startups getting ready to launch. Clean, functional screens that let you test your idea without overbuilding.

SaaS dashboards and web app design. The kind of internal tools and platforms your users interact with daily.

Mobile app UI for iOS and Android. Screens, flows, and interactions designed for how people actually use phones.

E-commerce product pages and checkout flows. Design that reduces friction and gets people to complete purchases.

I don’t do everything. I don’t do print design, motion graphics, or brand strategy workshops. I design digital products. That’s my lane.

Who Should Apply?

This program is for US-based businesses only. Small businesses, startups, solo founders — if you’re building something and need design help, you qualify.

You don’t need funding. You don’t need a big team. You need a real project and willingness to collaborate.

What I’m looking for: businesses that have a clear idea of what they need, can communicate requirements and give feedback, are ready to start within the next 60 days, and will allow the finished work to be shown publicly.

What won’t work: vague requests with no direction, projects that require months of strategy before any design starts, or businesses looking for free work with no intention of engagement.

I’m selective because I want every project to be good. Good for the client. Good for my portfolio. Good enough that we’d both be proud to show it.

How the Process Works

You apply through the form on this page. Tell me about your business, what you need, and which state you’re based in.

I review applications weekly. If your project fits, I’ll reach out to schedule a short call. We talk scope, timeline, and expectations.

Once we agree, I get to work. You get updates throughout. We revise until you’re satisfied.

When it’s done, I write up the case study. You provide a testimonial. We both have something to show for it.

No contracts beyond the case study agreement. No hidden fees. No upsells during the project.

The Fine Print

This is real work, not a lottery. I’m committing significant time to each project. So I expect clients to take it seriously too.

If you ghost mid-project, the spot goes to someone else. If requirements change drastically after we start, we’ll need to have a conversation. If you need something outside my skillset, I’ll tell you upfront rather than waste your time.

Fifty spots sounds like a lot. It’s not. I expect this to fill within a few weeks. If you’re interested, apply early.

Ready to Apply?

Hit the button below. Fill out the form. Keep it short — I don’t need a business plan, just enough to understand what you’re building and what you need.

If you’d rather talk first, message me directly on WhatsApp, LinkedIn, or through the contact page. I respond personally. No assistants, no autoresponders.

Let’s build something.
